From steel to shipment
Two manufacturing units run CNC grinding, automated inspection benches and controlled heat-treatment lines.
Bearing steel
High-carbon chromium steel to AISI 52100 / 100Cr6, vacuum degassed for a clean structure.
Heat treatment
Rings and rolling elements are through-hardened to a controlled 60–64 HRC.
CNC grinding and super-finishing
Raceways are ground and super-finished for quiet running and low heat.
Automated gauging
Bore, outside diameter and width are gauged against ISO 492 / DIN 620 classes.
Hardness, dimensional and vibration testing
Every bearing is tested before dispatch, not only a sample from the batch.
Greasing and export packing
Pre-lubricated with lithium complex grease where specified, then sealed in anti-corrosive VCI wrapping.

Precision classes and clearances
Choose the tolerance class and internal clearance that suit the machine. Add the suffix to your enquiry, for example 6205 C3.
Tolerance classes (ISO 492 / DIN 620)
| Class | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Normal (P0) | General machinery, gearboxes, conveyors and pumps |
| P6 | Higher running accuracy, for example electric motors |
| P5 | High precision, for example machine tool spindles |
Radial internal clearance
| Clearance | When it is chosen |
|---|---|
| C2 | Smaller than normal, for low play and precise guidance |
| Normal | Standard fits and operating temperatures |
| C3 | Larger than normal, for tight fits or heat; common in motors |
| C4 | Larger than C3, for high temperatures and heavy interference fits |
