Which types of bearings do you manufacture?
Deep groove, self-aligning and angular contact ball bearings; spherical, tapered, cylindrical and needle roller bearings; thrust bearings; pillow block and mounted units; and custom or speciality bearings built to specification.
Can you supply an equivalent for my SKF, FAG or NBC part number?
Yes. Our catalog cross-references SKF, FAG, RHP, RIV, NBC / Hoffmann, GPZ (USSR) and Torrington designations. Use the interchange guide, or send your list to the export desk and we will match it.
Do you make inch-size bearings for older machinery?
Yes. Inch series include EE, RLS, RMS, XLS, RL, RM, TL, TM, ALS, AMS, CRL, CRM, RXLS, XLT, the thrust series B, O, T and VH, and Hoffmann-pattern self-aligning units.
My bearing is rare or discontinued. Can you make it?
Yes. If your machine requires a rare or discontinued bearing specification, our engineering team can reverse-engineer and manufacture it with precision. Send dimensions, photos of the markings or a sample, and the quantity.
Can bearings be supplied with seals, shields or our own markings?
The catalog lists base sizes. Seal, shield, cage and clearance variants can be specified with your enquiry, and custom prints are available on request.
Quality and standards
How do you test bearings before dispatch?
Every bearing goes through stringent hardness, dimensional and vibration testing before dispatch, along with runout inspection.
Which precision classes and clearances are available?
Tolerance classes ISO 492 / DIN 620 Normal (P0), P6 and P5, and radial clearances C2, Normal, C3 and C4. State the suffix you need in your enquiry, for example 6205 C3.
What steel and hardness do you use?
High-carbon chromium bearing steel to AISI 52100 / 100Cr6, through-hardened to 60–64 HRC.

Do you keep ready stock?
Yes. With 4 dedicated warehouses we dispatch standard sizes from stock without long production lead times.
Do you take bulk and distributor orders?
Yes. Bulk orders, OEM requirements and distributor or dealer enquiries are welcome. Use the contact page and tell us your quantities and market.
How are export orders shipped?
By air cargo or ocean freight, quoted on CIF, FOB or Ex-Works terms, with export documentation and VCI export-grade packaging.
