This website, www.westernbearinghouse.com, is operated by Western Bearing House, a manufacturer and exporter of industrial bearings based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This website does not have user accounts. When you send the enquiry form, the details you enter are sent to our website, delivered to our export team by email and kept in our enquiry records so we can follow up. You can also choose to send the same details from your own email app or WhatsApp instead.
We receive the information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, which may include:
- your name, company name and job role;
- email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country;
- details of your requirement, such as part numbers, quantities, drawings, photos and delivery location.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations;

The location map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and a website monitoring service provided by our web developer, TechDeployers, helps keep the site available and secure and may record technical visit information such as pages viewed, browser type and IP address. When you contact us, your email provider or WhatsApp also processes your message. These services may receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
